The story of Nosay.

Nosay, a village that was believed to exist in the 13th Century on the far ends of China. Rumored to possess the blood of the Sumija, a race that legends have reported once and again about their superiority over mankind and decided to cut all ties of the material world, Nosay is said to have the most talents and great plots of lands.

But there was a problem. Though there were talents and large lands, an epidemic struck Nosay and caused permanent cerebral paralysis for those who are infected. This resulted in the large decline of talents in Nosay.

Shamain, the Village Chief gathered the remaining talents for a meeting, to discuss the fate of the village and those who were affected by the epidemic.

"Let us put them to sleep!" One talent said.

"NO! We should take care of them instead of killing them! They are all once our comrades!" Another protested.

"But how?!" The Village Chief asked.

They finally came up with a plan eventually. And as the meeting ended, the Village Chief gathered the townspeople, and announced,

"People of Nosay! We should all stand together to fight this epidemic! Although they might be mentally challenged, their kids that might suffer the similar case, WE SHALL SUPPORT THEM TILL THE END!"

Appluase filled the air. The townspeople felt touched, especially those familes that the epidemic took their happiness away.

"But how, my sire?" One asked.

"Nosayians! We shall appoint those with the epidemic as our leaders, and hope as time to come, they would be able to recover! And for those who are not affected, they shall work hard to make the village successful!" said Shamain.

And so it did. Those who are affected are appointed as the leaders of the village, and ruled the village, while others slog their guts out to support the village. But as time went by, the leaders kept making wrong decision and wasted the resources of the village, and eventually...

The Village of Nosay disappeared...
